Uncounted package by the carrier: what to do?

In the space of a month, two of my packages have not been accounted for by the carriers Chronopost and Vinted Go, despite being dropped off at a pickup point. Vinted automatically cancels the sale, I lose my item, the money from the sale, and I receive an automatic negative review… What should I do in this case?

Same here! And it also happens with Mondial Relay. No proof of deposit. Once the locker is closed, if their robot bugs and doesn’t send confirmation, it’s screwed. Same story for item returns (no updated tracking in history, no email, no message). As long as we aren’t given a receipt (like Colissimo does), we’ll be ripped off. I’ve tried everything to win my case. In vain. The only way would be to force them to give receipts.
