And yet, it is precisely then that we need to read and think. I know, when you’re in survival mode, it’s not the priority, but without understanding the causes, we draw wrong conclusions, look for a scapegoat, which is often readily available, and it leads to catastrophes.
The worst part is that these people themselves contribute to their downfall by delegating their decision-making powers to individuals who will make decisions contrary to their interests, and yet they continue to do so, again and again, without really wondering about the root of the problem. And I admit that it requires great effort, and when you don’t have a place to live or food to eat, it’s almost impossible. It’s a vicious cycle where everything is connected, and if it’s not broken, it continues endlessly.
And it’s really simple to break it, really. Without violence, without revolutionary acts, but here, the animal instincts in each of us play out, along with emotional overstimulation, and that’s all it takes.
There’s no longer any need to forbid anything; everything is freely accessible, and yet the cycle continues. Fascinating.
