First of all, I must specify that I have been permanently banned for placing a screenshot concerning documentation to illustrate data on an electronic component.

I still have access to my messages.

I was supposed to receive a package from Spain a few days ago, and lo and behold, in the seller’s message, it is noted that the package has been delivered!

So I click on the button « I have a problem Â», I go through a step and I am on a page where I can report: The package was not delivered.

Next, I have a page that gives me various information and below it, a button « Contact support Â», I click and with their great intelligence, they send me back to a page where I can only register as a pro seller! or view my messages or my wallet, it’s magical, isn’t it?.

I don’t know how to contact them through that means, the best of the best!.

With several million euros in profits per month, wouldn’t they hire someone with a 2-year degree specializing in stupidity? :joy: (or maybe they have several)

Well, but here’s the thing, I only have 2 days to contest, I did it yesterday with an email address found here, but still no contact.
