I have made nearly 500 purchases/sales over the years on Vinted without any issues, and today I was treated like a nobody / liar and thief.
On Sunday 10/26, I dropped off a perfectly good Maje blazer at the Super U in Sainte Luce sur Loire (44) without any problems. Monday morning, the delivery person indicated the locker was empty…
Nothing can be done, Vinted refuses to listen, I didn’t drop it off, I’m lying, the buyer is refunded (and here’s a big joke, they advised me not to use Vinted Go anymore). In short, I can only cry and I’m even wondering if writing to legal@vinted is useful.
No investigation was carried out, nothing. It’s shameful.
No recourse? Do I have to accept being robbed without complaint?
I’m calling on the community, if this beige Maje blazer size 36 happens to come up, please let me know, persiankat.
It seems very easy to steal.
