Hello,
Following a sale of my Golden Goose sneakers, the buyer refused the item on the grounds that it is a fake, even though it is genuine!!
The buyer is using photos that do not match the item sent. My pair is a size 40 with black soles. The photos provided by the buyer show a size 39 with white soles, and it is clear that they do not show the shoe. I fear a fraudulent exchange of items during the return. What will happen if I refuse the return?
Hello,
Did you take several photos from different viewpoints and put them in your ad? If so, I think you’re good to go. If not, contact Vinted and let them know about your concerns.
My advice: remain polite with the buyer, do not insult her, and do not threaten her either, as this will harm you.
In principle, Vinted cannot read our messages. Yeah, right.
But inform Vinted with all the evidence you have.
A+
Good evening Volvic,
Thank you for the advice.
Yes, I have posted several photos, and I have just found the purchase receipt and the box, which I will include with my message. I hope that when I receive the buyer’s response, I will be able to open a dispute and attach all of this.
Thank you
