Has this ever happened to you? What to do:
A buyer bought 9 baby clothing items from me. I put exact descriptions and for one item I noted small stain that should come out in the wash.
The price of the lot divided by 9 was equivalent to 1.70 euros per item. Upon receipt, the seller opened a dispute stating that 2 of my items were dirty. Besides the note I made for 1 item, she points out a 2nd, a dress with yellowish marks (non-existent, of course).
She then sent me a message saying the clothes were dirty and that she wanted a refund for all 9 items or for me to give them to her for free. I replied that this would not be possible, but offered a return so she could get a refund from Vinted… Obviously, she refused and after 4 days validated the sale. I suspect Vinted made her do it given the photos!!
The next morning, I found all the items I sold her in her closet with a price 5 times higher than I sold them for!!!
Following this, this dishonest woman gave me a 1-star rating with a derogatory comment.
So I went to her closet to try to buy back one of the dresses I sold her for 2 euros and which was listed for 8 euros. When she saw it was me, she blocked me!!
I find it disgusting that people like her open disputes for items of this price, buy lots from you, and try to get them for free with contempt.
What would you have done in my place??
