Hello
Personally, I think there will be as many answers as there are sellers… Well, January and the sales… it hurts the second-hand clothing market!
Have a nice day too
The question can be interpreted in different ways, but if it is about the sales distribution by month, here is what it looked like for me in 2025, knowing that I sell books:
| January | February | March | April | May | June | July | August | September | October | November | December |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9% | 5% | 7% | 7% | 8% | 7% | 8% | 8% | 10% | 10% | 9% | 11% |
thank you yes that was my question, the percentage of each month (one year = 100%)
for books it’s quite stable, just February where there’s a surprising drop
good evening!
Hello Faune
I don’t understand your sales breakdown. For example, when you indicate 9% in January, do you mean that on Vinted you made 9% of your total sales across all platforms combined??
Hello,
No, January represents 9% of annual sales on Vinted.
At my place it looks like this, but I sell everything that’s lying around in my cupboards.
5%
---
5%
9%
16%
12%
9%
7%
4%
7%
7%
13%
7%
100%
Thank you
is it interesting? Clothing sellers do you also have the same curve?
Good evening ![]()
Hello, personally I can’t give you feedback as I started selling clothes on Vinted at the end of summer. But my best month was October, November a slight decrease (but more items for sale), December a slight decrease (but even more items for sale), January is equivalent to November (but even more items for sale).
nice feedback, yes someone with a few years of experience could perhaps give the trend ![]()
have a nice weekend everyone
Poggi no longer seems to be there. He would have known.
Hello - my best months on Vinted in 2025 were March, April, May, and November. I sell pretty much anything and everything, so it’s probably not significant for those who are in a niche.
This is in principle what I also have with October and December, which are also good for framing November. Quite logical given my niche (peak of birthdays in spring and approaching Christmas in autumn). Except for 2025 where nothing has been « normal ».
Hello!
I will try to look into this at the beginning of the week. I have a few years of experience with Vinted ![]()

Truly regrettable. One of the two contributors who brought the most, along with Gametoysretro.
Too bad indeed, and I can roughly see the topic where it disappeared. After the conversation was symptomatic of what I have already seen elsewhere (on Facebook groups for example): where the point of view is placed. A private individual does not think the same way as a professional (and that’s logical). But even among professionals, the eye is not the same. One who supplements their income by making a few hundred euros and another whose full-time activity it really is and who generates thousands of euros per month, they don’t think the same way either and that’s also logical (not the same organization, not the same management, not the same prospects…). Like someone who has been living off it for years and someone who is starting out, it’s not the same. Another recurring problem, understanding that what works or doesn’t work for oneself is not automatically valid for another (especially with Vinted, which is anything but consistent).
I’ve noted to watch it tomorrow!
If you have any specific questions.. Now is the time, take advantage!
(I’ve been on Vinted for.. over 10 years ![]()

Poggi is indeed a contributor we also miss because he was active, but we respect everyone’s choice.
Even though we do our best to make everyone feel welcome, without judgment, it is not always perceived as such; writing can sometimes be difficult for that. Diversity of viewpoints is what is most interesting, but it’s an art on forums. ![]()
To get a better overview, you could create indices.
Take the total for your year (either in volume or turnover), divide it by 12, that gives you your index 100.
Example: €24,000 over a year => €2,000 per month = your index 100. If you have a month with €1,500, you have an index of 75.
For an ideal comparison, you would need to have published exactly the same number of new articles per month.
@141 Personally, I look at it daily rather than monthly. This hardly complicates the Excel formula, but it means you don’t have to worry about February being 10% shorter than January ![]()
