I wanted to get some feedback from those who use the automatic messaging feature via the Clemz app. What positive response rate do you have?
I’m skeptical because I’m starting to use it and I’m not getting much feedback like,

Personally, I’m a bit divided on the subject.
One of the positive aspects of automatic messages is that they pique buyers’ interest and can sometimes trigger a sale… well, in theory.
It also allows Bots to see that you are active on Vinted.
However, it has its limits… many ignore them (we can see this, there is no « seen » mention), certainly due to excessive use of this feature, and more and more people are using it.
Also, it can reduce your profit margins, if you systematically send an automatic message with a discount, so you have to be careful with its use.
Personally, I therefore take « breaks », and I no longer leave the automation of favorites running continuously.
This is just my opinion, but automatic messages sent within a minute of buyers favoriting an item tend to encourage ignorance and an aggressive approach.
When you walk into a store, would you prefer the saleswoman to leave you alone for a bit, or to jump on you immediately with « Can I help you »?
So, leaving some time before sending the message might be wise.

obviously, you need to configure it so the message isn’t sent immediately after favoriting. Personally, I wait an hour before sending.

Whereas when I was in the buyer’s shoes, I wouldn’t even bother opening an automatic message… even if it wasn’t automatic, on the other hand, I would open offers because you never know what surprise you might stumble upon!
And when I was a seller, I directly made an offer, no messages
