Major issues with Vinted for a month now. My wallet is blocked for identity verification.
I comply with all their requests, I even had my ID card redone to assure them of my good faith, but nothing works.
I’ve seen several topics on this subject but no one ever says it was resolved and especially how they managed to sort it out.
Can you help me?

I encountered this problem when creating my pro account with this identity verification. The problem was simply… with my scanned document and its size! Check your scanner settings. Try saving as text or image, check the dimensions of the resulting document… For example, scanning in simply A4 results in a huge number of pixels and is rejected by the document verification AI!
