I signed up on Vinted as a private seller a month ago. After a few sales, I can no longer transfer money from my Vinted wallet. I am asked to verify my identity, but each time I try, after fifteen minutes, I receive a message saying « verification failed » « identity verification to be redone. » I have a residence permit and everything is compliant… I have tried more than 20 times but it’s impossible, the same response every time.
I wonder if this is due to the fact that my bank account details (RIB) only show my married name, while my residence permit contains both names (maiden name + married name).
I have sent emails to Vinted several times, but nothing works. They always send me the same automated message with the procedure to follow, which I am already doing to the letter…
Has anyone else had this problem and managed to solve it?
