Pro Account Identity verification problem money blocked

Hello,

We have had a business account since May for which we need to submit the identity documents of the two people responsible for the company.

We are unable to do so via the application despite multiple attempts. The tool only allows us to submit one identity at a time, and each time the verification fails.

We have tried to contact Vinted by email multiple times, as well as Mangopay, but have only received automatic responses.

Our transactions and our money have been blocked for almost two weeks.

This is becoming very problematic, and we see no solution.

We have filed a report on SignalConso, but it will not be effective as the company is based in Lithuania.

Any advice or help would be welcome; we are starting to feel lost.

Hi :waving_hand:, sorry if I ask silly questions, but is it Vinted that asks for the identity documents of both people? What does Vinted tell you when the identity fails? Are you making sure to put all first names when there are multiple, and the information as it appears on the INPI? What do the automatic responses tell you?

Yes yes, it’s Vinted asking.

The message is as follows:

Your identity verification failed.

You have not declared all the beneficial owners of your company.

You can only declare one at a time on the form.

So it’s simply impossible… We’ve been trying for 2 weeks…
