Hello, I have been blocked by Vinted so I can no longer make transfers or purchases due to a verification that has been ongoing for 6 months. I want to specify that my first name, last name, and address are correct on my Vinted account. I sent a bank statement dated less than 3 months ago with the correct first name, last name, and address, and they are telling me it is not accepted for such a reason? What should I do and what proof should I send? I have been waiting for too long.

It’s not exactly the same situation as yours, but I was blocked for security reasons during the hacking wave… And just like you, it was a struggle to regain access… In addition to the bank details, they also wanted a bank statement clearly showing my identity and also Vinted transactions, purchases more precisely… All on the same page…
If you have that, send it to them and don’t hesitate to send messages again from your account without closing the conversations.
