Same email address, same phone number for at least 7 years.
I have made a few sales totaling about 200 euros.
Vinted is asking for my phone number for verification.
I give it and at that moment a message informs me that this phone number is affiliated with another Vinted account!!
I sent a first message directly from the site to ask for explanations. No response!!
I looked for an email address: support@vinted.com
I sent an email in English and in return information: Address not found!!!
I tried to call a number found on the internet: it doesn’t work.
Can you help me find the right contact person because I am sure that some people here have needed to find a contact person to solve a problem.
In the meantime, of course, my account is blocked as well as my money!!
