Hello, when I try to log in via the app or PC, I get this error message: « There’s a problem. Your phone number could not be processed by our system. Contact customer service. »
Even though I’m logging in with an email address (not a phone number) and my username and password are correct. I want to point out that I was logged out without any action on my part and that I’ve never had so much money pending…
I advise you to reset your password if you haven’t already tried Normally, if you have enabled two-step verification, you should be able to recover your account without too much trouble!
Thank you, I didn’t specify but I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (so normally the data is erased), I reset my password, I even tried via the PC and when I try with « connect with Apple » the error message is « Your connection was interrupted… » whereas if I log out of another app and log back in with Apple ID, there’s no problem…
And I think if it were a security check or something like that, I would have received an email to warn me that my account would be unavailable for 24 or 48 hours…
I sent an email but I think I will only receive automatic robot responses…
And I’m afraid I’ll never get my money and my progress back (wardrobe, ratings, followers…)
