Hello everyone,
It’s been a month and a half since I’ve been unable to log into my Vinted account.
This started after I switched to a professional account (I don’t know if there’s a direct link).
Basically, when I try to log in on the phone app, it just keeps loading, and when I try on a computer or browser, I get a « something went wrong » message.
I’ve obviously tried contacting customer service by email, but they give irrelevant answers (I really wish for humans to come back instead of bots) and they couldn’t help me or give me a reason for this problem.
I’ve come here to post this message to see if any of you have encountered this problem before, and if so, what did you do?
