Connection issues with a Vinted pro account

I created a Vinted pro account yesterday morning, once created it displayed an error message, since then I haven’t been able to log into this account, here is the error it shows me

Yes, don’t worry, it’s just the time for it to be transferred to your pro account, it took me 4 days.

I’m about 30 days in and still don’t have access to my account…

Anything new? I’ve been waiting for a month and a half.

I got access to my account after 46 days of hassle, spamming customer service, etc., etc.

I’m at 42 days, so I’m not going to lose hope…

I literally harassed them by sending them messages every day :joy:

Did you do anything special for it to work or did you just wait?

I spammed all of Vinted’s email addresses in French, English, their GDPR legal department, etc., and I also commented on social media, and nothing. But two days before I was unblocked, I started spamming emails directly to Vinted’s CEOs. I don’t know if that had any effect, but maybe it helped.
