Account blocked after requesting a phone number change

Hello,
Please save me because I don’t know how to get out of this hell.
I recently changed my phone number…

When I tried to link my new number to my Vinted account, it told me that this number is already in use on Vinted. I conclude that the previous owner of the number has an old Vinted account and did not delete it…
In good faith, I sent Vinted the requested documents by photo: my bank card linked to my account, as well as my username and date of birth.
Now, when I try to log in to Vinted, I go directly to the phone number change page… which tells me once the number is entered… that it is already assigned… It’s a vicious circle…

What can I do now to get out of this situation?
Except for managing to contact Vinted by phone, which seems impossible, I don’t know what to do and I’m starting to get desperate.

Ask an acquaintance to receive the code on their number, or get a temporary number on an app like OnOff or Saily

Now I would like Vinted to assign me my real number.
