Like others on this forum, my Vinted account is linked to my old phone number, and since I sold an item for over 200 euros, when I try to access my Vinted app, it asks for my phone number. However, I no longer have my old phone.
So, I went to Vinted’s contact support and followed all the instructions to have my account unblocked.
Among other things, I was asked to provide a photo of the bank card I used for my purchases. However, my Vinted account is old, and the name on my credit card is my married name, while I believe Vinted has my maiden name in my personal information.
I am still waiting for an email from Vinted, but I don’t know how long it will take them, and I am losing hope of ever getting my money back…
