Transfer not possible because bank account and ID card do not have the same name

Hello everyone,

I’m struggling with Vinted to get the money from my wallet. After providing my ID last August, they didn’t register the correct name. They registered my maiden name and not my married/legal name.

Because of this, the name doesn’t match the name on my bank account, even though I haven’t changed accounts…

It’s been over 10 days that I’ve been trying to make them understand that there was a registration problem, but they don’t want to hear it.

Has anyone had the same problem? If so, were you able to get your wallet unlocked? I’m desperate because they want to close the case even though I still have items sold and shipped.
