Transfer and payment to wallet not made: case closed by Vinted without receiving money

Continuation of the topic Wallet transfer and payment blocked:

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Vinted regarding a non-executed wallet transfer and payment.

After several messages exchanged with them, they informed me that the transfer was made and that my bank blocked the money.

I had to provide my bank statements and my IBAN again to prove my good faith.

I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that it is impossible, that they do not block money transfers. They even sent me a confirmation email, which I forwarded to Vinted.

Vinted then asked me for a signed letter from my bank confirming that I had never received this money transfer.

I have just obtained this letter from my bank, which I sent to them, even multiple times, as I received no response.

Now, they no longer respond and indicate that the case is closed.

So, my money no longer appears in my wallet, and my bank confirms that Vinted is responsible for this unexecuted money transfer to my bank account.

This situation is very problematic; I had never encountered any problems with them before.

Hello Corinne60,

Did you manage to resolve your dispute because I am encountering the same problem and Vinted is asking me for the exact same signed letter from the bank…

Thank you very much :folded_hands:
