I made a sale on Vinted which was finalized on July 11th.
Since that day, the amount has been blocked in my wallet (visible but not available).
I have contacted Vinted numerous times, and they tell me two things: there is a technical problem with the payment provider / the payment provider is awaiting verification of the buyer’s identity.
Despite my multiple follow-ups on this matter, Vinted continues to blame their payment provider and asks me to be patient.
I therefore called the payment provider Mangopay, who informed me that my account has no anomalies or blocks.
And that Vinted has not made any specific requests to them for such a transaction related to my account.
Have you ever encountered this problem? If so, how was the situation resolved?
I am making one last attempt here before taking administrative action, which I would prefer to avoid.
