Wallet transfer to my account

I have received no response to the various complaints I have made regarding my inability to transfer the amount from my Vinted sale, even though everything is okay…

I am constantly told with every transfer request that the transfer failed, even though I have fulfilled all obligations.

This seems completely abnormal to me…

Yes, twice without receiving the slightest response!
As for Mangopay, I ended up on a blank « error » page after clicking where the site told me to.
It’s hard to treat your customers with more contempt…
As I said, unless I get a precise answer on the reason(s) why all my attempts to transfer money to my account are failing, I will contact the supervisory authorities of Vinted and Mangopay who are unduly withholding money that should go to the sellers’ accounts.
Apparently, I’m not the only one in this situation!

Damn, I’m sorry for you, I don’t know what else to tell you. I encountered a similar problem but I got answers and after a week it was resolved.
