Shop2shop slip not valid in locker

Hello

Regularly when I want to drop off a shop2shop parcel in a locker, I get the message ‹ not valid in this locker ›, even though Vinted clearly indicates this location for me to drop off the parcel.

I contacted Shop2Shop Chronopost by phone, but they are incompetent and tell me to deal with Vinted because, with their contract with Vinted, they cannot tell me or do anything, even though I have a Chronopost number.

Have you already faced this?

I wonder if there would be a delay between the printing of the Vinted shipping label and its recognition by Chronopost?

Before, when this happened to me, I would drop it off at a tobacco shop, but that one is closed for 15 days.

Are you talking about a Yellow Locker like Pickup DPD / Colissimo?

You cannot use them with Shop2Shop…
It is called « Boutique à Boutique » or « Relais Pickup à Relais Pickup »

So you are obliged to drop off your Shop2Shop package at a drop-off point (a shop or Relais Pickup)

Good evening Jp01, I have a Chronopost locker at home, and it doesn’t accept packages for abroad, only for France. If it’s going to Europe, I have to take my package to a pickup point!

Hello - in principle, La Poste accepts these shipments.

Post offices also accept Shop2Shop… I’ve already dropped them off along with Colissimo parcels.
