Republications without our articles being considered duplicates

Hello everyone,

I have a question about how to correctly re-publish articles.
I’ve seen several people get banned because their articles were flagged as already sold and then re-listed. On my end, I received a warning even though I had simply cropped the photo by about 5% when re-publishing, and it wasn’t an item that had already been sold.

What surprises me is that on another account, I encountered no issues…
I’ve also heard that after 3 flagged articles, the account could be blocked.

So, I’m wondering:
What specifically needs to be done to re-publish without risk?
What are your thoughts on this issue, and have you found a reliable solution?

I am not encountering any issues with duplicates either.

If this has only happened once, check via smart dressing if you don’t have a duplicate in your closet (an imported item, via Clemz, for example at some point?)
If this happens to you regularly, have you already put these photos on another closet?

No, it is not present in the smart dressing.

I had one announcement on one account and another on a different account.

And I tried to appeal on Vinted, but nothing happened.

Is it the same ad? I’m not sure I understand correctly.
