Vinted Go rerouting without my authorization

I need help regarding a Vinted Go delivery.

My order was mistakenly rerouted to a locker in Villeneuve d’Ornon (near Bordeaux), even though I live in Vincennes (Val-de-Marne).

I obviously have no way to get to this locker.

Here is the current tracking:

  • 11/17: package rerouted to a locker in Villeneuve d’Ornon
  • 11/23: package indicated as « ready for pickup » at this location

I would like Vinted to:

reroute the package to a Vinted Go locker near my address,
or, if this is not possible, initiate a return to the sender so that the order can be refunded or resent correctly.

I am attaching the tracking screenshot showing the routing error.

Did you notify Vinted? By email or directly through the messaging system?

Otherwise… you can wait for the package to make the return journey, but I think you risk not being reimbursed in that case, so it’s not the option I would advise you to take first :slight_smile:

Yes, Vinted has been notified, but there has been no response from them since my first messages yesterday.

That’s it, Vinted has canceled the transaction, I have to wait for the package to return to the seller and they will refund me. Then I will ask the buyer to send it back to me via Mondial Relay.
