Recreating a pro account

Hello, my professional account was banned at the end of January during the first big ban wave on the app.

After multiple appeals, they didn’t budge and I requested the deletion of my data.

There’s a rumor that after 6 months, the data is deleted from their database and it’s possible to create a new one with the same SIRET number.

Has anyone already tested this and can confirm if it’s true and if it works?

I have 3 accounts that just got banned in 24 hours, Vinted is becoming a jungle.

Also, I had tested by moving a few items from one account to another, they were flagged this morning for multiple accounts; appeals won’t change anything, I think they are weeding out as much as possible to start fresh (yet dropshipping sellers still exist :thinking::sweat_smile:).

So indeed, I was reading that the light background must play a role, indeed I have a roll of light gray concrete PVC and I have had restrictions on non-existent duplicates several times!

Quite a few sales but not millions of euros either, and permanently banned for commercial activities…

So if I don’t sell, it’s considered a donation… the slightest sale for me is deemed commercial.

Emails, appeals but nothing works, bots and others don’t re-examine your cases… it’s enough to put you off.

I had my customer base, and now, completely out… it’s absurd, everything was within the rules… WHAT TO DO???

You follow the rules, you’re professional, you pay taxes, URSSAF, to end up like this.

If anyone has ever managed to get their permanently banned account reinstated, I’m interested.

I was also blocked with my pro account for commercial activities, I sent dozens of emails, I never managed to get my account unblocked…

So I switched back to my personal account and then, re-blocked…

I tried to recreate an account via a protected web browser (Brave), it didn’t work, new email address, new phone number, they block me systematically…

Has anyone managed to recreate a personal account? Vpn? (on the pro side, I still can’t, my SIRET being recognized… it will be 6 months in a few days since I was blocked, but I still receive messages from Vinted so I don’t know if my data will be erased in a few days as I read here…)

That’s a quick summary. I was on a personal account, and I was asked to switch to a professional account, which I did. Then, probably due to reports, my professional account was closed, with the reason being commercial sales. So I switched back to my personal account. And it’s starting again, just before being blocked. I received a message from a member threatening me. So I tried to recreate a personal account because when I created a professional account, it told me the Siret was already in use. I made three attempts, ending with the last one using a protected browser, a new email address, and a new phone number, and it was blocked again. Hence my question: has anyone managed to recreate an account after being blocked?

Hello, what reason were you banned for? Second account? If so, I have a trick that has worked twice already, just put a different name, a different bank account, and a different phone number, and as soon as you get banned, throw a tantrum saying it’s your partner’s account and normally they’ll unban you while apologizing.

New phone okay new SIM card because if you go through Wi-Fi it spots you right away so it’s normal that you get banned immediately

For Vinted, commercial sales mean selling new items in quantity, sourcing from wholesalers.
