For some time now, when I look at my saved searches on Vinted, I see a normal display, then it switches to an advertisement (full page where you have to click in the top right corner to close it) for a TV series on Novo19 (TNT).
Does this happen to you too?
Is it almost systematic?
It’s becoming annoying.

I don’t have anything similar on my end 
I have it too and it’s true that it’s annoying 
I am with Red (Sfr).
The question is mainly whether it’s specific to Vinted (advertising) or if it’s an unwanted redirection (I doubt it since we wouldn’t be able to close the window to return to Vinted if that were the case).
It’s annoying when you have 5 windows open to have to deal with 5 ads. 
Given the « advertising everywhere » trajectory Vinted is taking, this clearly looks like something intentional on Vinted’s part!
They’ve even started putting ads on the shipping labels… ridiculous
