thank you but I really tried to modify the buttons, and all the buyers tell me that they only see vinted go as a shipping method

it’s not grayed out actually, it’s light green but the buttons are blocked

Yes, everything is okay. The gray/green ones are the mandatory carriers.
You can only remove Relais colis and Shop2shop.

If they only see Go, the problem is on their end. As far as you’re concerned, everything is enabled except UPS Home.
