They are asking me to go pro when I already am

Attached is a screenshot of my Vinted account which was blocked on Sunday for « suspicion of commercial sales ». An account I’ve had for over 2 years as a professional, and today it’s asking me to go professional… I don’t understand anything and I’d like to know if this has already happened to anyone and if you think there’s any recourse, an error on their robot’s part?

I haven’t found any discussion about them asking to go pro when we already are. When you’re blocked as a pro, there’s no « go pro » button… So there’s a snag somewhere.
