Christmas = package losses galore!

I have 4 packages, one of which is worth 130 euros and has been lost. Strangely, we were reimbursed immediately for the one at 15 euros, but they are making us struggle for this one. :grimacing: Christmas was really complicated for the carriers and Vinted’s problem-solving seems totally random. What about you?

No loss, no problem. Even for a very small package with a large amount, the only one I was a little worried about was the kind that might get lost in a gap between two pieces of furniture. It arrived without incident.

Christmas went extremely well compared to previous years. One package was lost and one package was returned without being delivered to the locker (I’m not counting packages not picked up by buyers, that’s different). Out of a few hundred packages, that’s actually very few.
