Lost coli, how does it happen?

Hello, I have an issue with a package I sent. After going through all the steps, I think it might be considered lost this time. As this is the first time this will happen to me, I have a few questions:

  • Does Vinted conduct its own investigation to find out where it is? (Mondial Relay is already conducting an investigation.)
  • How does the refund process work? From what I’ve seen, it goes up to €25, is that correct?
  • Will this trigger a negative review?

  • Vinted often waits for the carrier’s response but does not conduct a double investigation.
  • Reimbursement is up to €500 in case of package loss. It all depends on your transaction.

Hello @Clement, no, the package is currently untraceable, but Vinted has canceled the transaction and I have automatically received a full refund of €32 for my item.
