A seller deceived me by only shipping one of the three items I had ordered. I initially ordered three bags on Vinted, and only one of the three was delivered to me. Residing in Réunion, I use a forwarding company to have items delivered from Vinted. After receiving the surveillance video confirming that there was only one bag in the package, I contacted Vinted’s customer service and the seller, and sent them the surveillance video provided by « ColisExpat ».
The seller confirmed that there was only one of the three bags in the package.
Vinted asked me to return the items that were never sent to me so that I could be refunded.
I explained to them several times and asked how to return a package with incorrect contents, providing them with all the screenshots from the conversation with the seller and the Colis Expat video. Since I cannot return the items due to my residence in Réunion, I simply asked to be refunded for the missing items and to keep the one bag I received, but to no avail.
In the meantime, the seller offered to resend the missing items, but to date, nothing has happened; they have gone silent and are no longer responding to me.
This situation is unacceptable and amounts to a scam. I am looking for solutions to get my money back.
