Hello everyone! I’ve been selling on Vinted for several years and have seen an impressive progression in my sales, which I’m delighted about. Thanks to Clemz! But the problem is that I had to go abroad for several weeks and therefore put my account on vacation mode for the first time. Resuming sales was very difficult, with less visibility and therefore many fewer sales. It was horrible, and this has been going on for several months. I became a professional seller and thought that was the reason, but today I received a message from a loyal customer in Germany who is surprised that my wardrobe is still in vacation mode, with a photo to prove it. So I understand that my drop in international sales is due to this. I have contacted Vinted and am waiting for their response. Has anyone experienced the same situation? If so, what did you do? THANKS for your help.
with the clemz app I notice that there are no sales to Austria, Germany, Ireland, and Holland. Is this due to my switch to Pro? And not the vacation mode

For Ireland and the Netherlands yes, for Austria I am not 100% sure
Austria is fine too, I’ve made several professional sales to Austria
