Since this afternoon, I have no longer been receiving any notifications when a user adds my listing to their favorites. As a result, I cannot send messages to these people, even though I know I have new ones.
I tested this with a friend who « liked » my listing, but I received nothing.
Am I the only one in this situation, or are others experiencing the same problem right now? Thank you in advance for your help.

However, I just made a « favorite » request on Vinted right now and I’m receiving all the notifications from clemz’s favorites

I have the same problem. I am no longer receiving favorites on my articles since 11:00 AM this morning.
However, I do receive notifications for sold items that I have favorited.

ahh I was wondering if it was impossible for me to have no favorites other than Clemz! Normally I already only receive a notification 2 times out of 3 but there was nothing at all, so it was impossible to offer a discount :((
I think Vinted has unchecked the sending of notifications for favorites. This is the case on my account.

Plus, I re-published yesterday and today, and I can see that my articles re-published yesterday received organic likes, but I can’t see them… and it really pisses me off because my entire sales strategy relies on messages to likers and offers… so now, well, I’m in a bit of a pickle… I’ll have to rethink everything if this goes on… has this deactivation ever happened before? ) but I’m just starting to receive favorites (with a delay I think, given the number of notifications ).

Vinted is experiencing some bugs with notifications on favorites. To get the bug resolved as quickly as possible, don’t hesitate to contact them to let them know: the more requests there are on the subject, the more the information will be passed up to the developers so they can do what’s necessary.
