I’ve noticed over the past few weeks that I’m only sending Chronopost packages (even if I don’t send enough to my liking!).
And when trying to make a purchase, I realize that regardless of the seller, I cannot choose Mondial Relay delivery. It’s not offered to me.
Are you in the same situation?
Could this explain the huge drop in my sales in recent days?
I specify that on my end, the Mondial Relay option is indeed activated.
It’s a messaging war… Chronopost is taking over the Vinted platform by offering, incidentally, an absolutely lamentable service compared to the excellent Mondial Relay.
For a few cents more, Chronopost promises you the moon, but you’d better reach the moon because in case of trouble, it’s the intergalactic void… What you observed, I think, comes from the fact that Chronopost is offered by default when you buy, you can only switch to Mondial Relay once you have chosen your relay point…
Hello, is it true that to receive and send a Chronopost parcel you have to go to a store: not open in the evening, closed between noon and 2 p.m., not open on Saturdays or not open on Mondays and not open on Sundays. Furthermore, the service is deplorable. Many parcels go missing. I have removed them from my choices.
