@mlamiche not really because there are questions more geared towards the help center, exchanges with « humans » from Vinted. They really ask us what we think about it and how we would like it to improve!

yes. After that, I think it’s just a consultation to say « we are consulting » and that the answers are thrown away, like referendums or citizens’ conventions.

I may be naive on the subject… But I have a little more hope :wink: I’m not saying it’s going to revolutionize customer service either! :sweat_smile:

Yes, the problem has been resolved. Chronopost eventually found and delivered the package to the designated pickup point.
