Dressing not fully visible

Hello,

I’m starting this topic because I wanted to know if I’m the only one in this situation.
I have my own Vinted account and my husband has his account too (verified account, verified identity, credit card, email, etc., everything is okay, it’s really him and not me, just so you know, I don’t have 2 accounts).
Since I also list items on his account, I’ve gotten into the habit of accessing his account via PC, it’s more convenient for managing it, so far so good.
Since I also favorite my own items from his account, I can see my wardrobe through another user’s account. And I’ve noticed this week, after starting to re-list my wardrobe daily: that not all of my items are displayed entirely  !! I discovered this because, as people’s wardrobes now appear mixed, I look for items that don’t have a red heart :heart_suit:, and I refreshed the page at one point and while scrolling through the items, I saw that some had not been favorited, even though I was carefully checking my re-listed items that didn’t have favorites from my husband’s account. And to be sure I had them all, I refreshed the page several times!
So I think if some sellers are seeing a drop in sales, it might also be because people who want to see your entire wardrobe, in case they want to make a bundle… don’t see all the items at once!
Anyway, am I the only one in this situation, or have others noticed something too?

(I quickly checked the last topics created to start this one, but sorry if I missed a discussion that already covers this:folded_hands: )

Hello,

Thank you for this topic, which is very interesting and aligns with some suspicions already raised in other posts here.
Approximately how many articles did you see? Or how many articles were « missing » from this display?

Hello,
That’s a very good question because it changes all the time… On the other hand, I saw afterwards, and I’m sure many have noticed it too, that now in each dressing room we can sort the items, and if the items appear to us in disorder it’s because the default order is « relevance ». And to be sure of seeing everything, I change it to « Most recent » and there, unless I’m mistaken, I’m sure I have everything.
I believe the « relevance » order doesn’t show us everything, like on social networks where relevant comments appear first and others are hidden.
Now the problem is that not everyone is aware that we don’t see everything in a dressing room even if it’s mixed up! And not everyone may also notice that we can now sort the display order of someone’s dressing room.

Hello

Yes, indeed, the default sort is now « relevant ». If changing to « most recent » shows everything, that’s already good news, but… this change in display might partly explain the drop in sales.
