I’m having an issue with long and thin items on the site.
The maximum length limits and expanded length limits (sum of length, width, and height) are very restrictive.
Example: skis
Up to 1.00m, no problem.
Between 1.00m and 1.20m, only parcel relay and therefore no longer possible in some countries.
Above 1.20m: only UPS Home and the prices are around €130!!!
Do you have precise information on these limits and, above all, do you have any solutions to offer?
Of course, we can cheat on the measurements, but I’ve already had returns of packages, so it’s a waste of time.
