Hi! A few days ago, my account was permanently blocked for an original Tous handbag.
I appealed the decision 3 times and all 3 were denied.
I sent them an email last Monday, I got an automated reply and I haven’t heard anything since.
I have never sold a counterfeit item and they blocked me on the first try.
The handbag has already been sold on another app, but what I want is to get my account back or create a new one.
What advice can you give me?
