Well, it’s my turn now. I was banned from Vinted for 24 hours, then after 48 hours, without me posting anything in between, I don’t understand. In my opinion, they can see if a bot is connected to the Vinted account or not… sniff
I will therefore open another Vinted account, where I have less risk because I have a good account with 5 stars for over 500 ratings, and I would hate for it to be permanently banned
Is it mandatory to have another phone and another bank account to open a second Vinted account please? And, how do you do it please, for taxes when Vinted asks you where you are affiliated?
I also thought about creating another account. The solution to be « within the rules » would be to delete the first account before creating the second.
The problem is that this problem of spurious bans is surely temporary (I hope!), and that like you, I wouldn’t want to lose my 5 stars and 800 ratings. So I thought about creating a second temporary account without linking a bank account to it, and when this wave of bans has passed, make a purchase from my main account to transfer the wallet from the second account. I would certainly lose the buyer/delivery protection fees, but that’s a lesser evil compared to not selling anything at all.
This is an idea that crossed my mind and that I’m sharing, I haven’t done it yet so I can’t guarantee it won’t be detected.
They just unblocked me, ok, ok, I’m re-publishing manually, damn it, they say they detected automation, but it drives me crazy! I just want to tell them to f*** off!
But I think to open another account, you have to put your ID, right? Same for a bank account detail, right?
Personally, I’ve just reopened one, but what a hassle, it takes time to post new ads. I put in another phone number, but haven’t associated an IBAN account yet (I’ll use my daughter’s) if I sell. Good luck!

But I think it’s mandatory to leave your national ID too, right? But then they’ll see the duplicate, won’t they? I swear, I just want to put everything on Le Bon Coin, but it’s too much work.
