I have been a professional seller on Vinted for 2 months. I sell second-hand stones and charms that I find.
Today, just after posting an item in my PRO wardrobe, a message appeared stating « your account is permanently blocked ».
This happened to me just before I became a pro on the platform due to suspicion of commercial sales, so I created a PRO account to continue selling on the platform.
Anyway, the reason my account was blocked is « illicit activity », obviously I have read the Terms and Conditions and I am absolutely not in this situation.
I appealed. My first messages were rather stressed, so not very professional, or I received automatic replies, then from someone named « Marianne ». Then my last message, which was much more professional, asking for the reasons/proof of the accusation, stating that I absolutely contest this decision and requesting a manual review of my file.
I also contacted the email address legal@vinted.fr + CC’ing the email address legal@vinted.com, explaining the situation that I am a professional seller, asking again for the reasons why I am blocked for this reason, and also including 2 legal codes (Article 1104 of the Civil Code) and the EU 2019/1150 Platform to Business Regulation.
I am now waiting to hear from them and I am not sending anything else.
I don’t know if it’s related or not, but here’s what happened recently on my Vinted pro account:

Last month I had a turnover of €1600

This month I am at €1800 turnover
Approximately 180 orders sent since March 10th when I created my PRO account.
I also buy on the platform (10/15 orders this month), and I had 2 orders where I had problems (empty package) which I reported to Vinted and I was reimbursed for these 2 orders.
Do you think this might be the reason?
