Account permanently blocked for "bad behavior towards another member" - feedback?

I do not understand the reasons for my account being blocked on Vinted 10 days ago. If I am to believe the reasons given, I would have behaved badly towards another member. Impossible. So much so that there is nothing to report, 5 stars, only nice reviews on my sales, fast and serious. Mundane items, some personal clothes, vintage stuff…

A few days after my appeal, the verdict was confirmed. Banned. As I no longer have access to my account, I could not check if there had been any reports about me (of course, it’s nonsense).

I am a bit disgusted by the lack of adversarial procedure, no proof or arguments, and no right of reply… is there a way?

Obviously, there must have been user reports… why? Only they and you truly know…

You can always request your personal data via their email, even if it won’t help restore your account… I’m speaking from personal experience… I didn’t have a permanent block, certainly, but on the other hand, I tried to prove, like 1+1 equals 2, that I had done absolutely nothing and proved by transmitting the list of reports that it was harassment and that all the reasons given were false… nothing doing… so I wish you good luck

If there have been problems reported by users, these won’t be ‹ my › buyers, considering everything always goes perfectly, reviews are always glowing, and exchanges are respectful and very mundane.

Ah yes, it could be anything… a person frustrated after an offer was refused, or someone who has nothing better to do… browsing through closets and reporting out of pure jealousy or for other reasons… there are all sorts of profiles.

Unfortunately, that’s how it is… what I find really unfair is judging and ruling based on a one-sided version and without a serious study of the case.

Yes, it’s completely unfair not to know what argument was pulled out of thin air, let alone to defend oneself.
