Permanent ban following unfounded reports

Hello, my account has just been blocked following an unfounded report by a Vinted user with whom I had a conflictual exchange. She threatened me that she would do everything to get my account blocked, and she succeeded. She first reported items in my closet as counterfeits, even though the invoices were visible in the listings, then she reported my sales as being commercial.

Given that I had already received a warning on the same « charge, » because I sell well and have quite a few items online, and also because it wasn’t necessarily to everyone’s liking (I had already been reported for commercial sales), they ended up blocking my account permanently for this reason, which is moreover unjustified because I am not a professional. (They now want me to go pro.)

Could you help me draft a legal letter to Vinted? I can provide you with all the necessary information to help me do so.

I am stunned to see that malicious Vinted users can impact other Vinted users’ accounts to such an extent, simply by making unfounded and slanderous statements. And that Vinted has no reliable system to regulate unjustified reports. It really feels like a totalitarian regime…
