New to this forum, I would like your opinion and thank you in advance for your valuable advice.
Vinted has permanently blocked my account without notice or warning due to identified illicit activity. I have repeatedly asked Vinted for the exact reasons for this blocking because I have not violated any rules of article 7, but there has been radio silence.
I have suffered the loss of several packages, and the carrier has processed compensation with Vinted due to the loss of the packages, as confirmed by the carrier.
Since then, access to conversations has been blocked, and worse, Vinted is manually finalizing transactions. When I make a claim through the platform or via legal@Vinted, it indicates that the compensation is refused because I did not pack the package carefully, without even asking me beforehand for photographs of the packages that I have, or it relies on the violation of Vinted’s general terms and conditions without specifying, of course, « identified illicit activity. »
I have all the screenshots proving Vinted’s illegal and unfair practices, but I don’t know what to do anymore; all my claims remain in vain.
Do you have a letter template that could help me and allow me to report these practices to Vinted’s headquarters and the competent authorities so that I can obtain compensation for the damage suffered?
