Hello, I’m new to Vinted-Help, thank you for validating my registration. Like many of you, I’ve been a seller on Vinted for a few years. Then, on Monday, July 6, 2026, in the morning, while modifying an ad for a completely ordinary unmarked porcelain vase, the following message appeared: Your account is permanently blocked for fraud or counterfeiting!!! Their system is lunar, it’s gone crazy… I’m disgusted and fed up, especially since I go out of my way for my followers, my ads, I only deal in small flea market items… It’s been 6 days and I’m waiting for their response. I’ve sent emails to legal@vinted.fr as well as to privacysupport@vinted.fr, plus all imaginable messages on my page! Do you have any other advice to give me? I’m surprised to see that professional accounts are also blocked! I wanted to go pro, but I have serious doubts about their methods!!! Very, very disappointed with Vinted.
