Apparently, I supposedly received warning emails about items: never received anything
Responses within 120 hours for an appeal: it’s more like 1200 hours xD
So, well, we’ll continue on leboncoin (a French classified ads website) trying to get our account back, but I don’t have much hope anymore
Me too, I’ve been blocked more than a dozen times since the beginning of the year, and even completely blocked definitively at one point. Frankly, I advise you to look at all possible steps and try absolutely all recourse. To have a chance to get your account back, I think you absolutely must not give up
Good luck to you, and keep hope. I’ve seen situations that seemed totally lost and that eventually got resolved after a lot of patience. 
So for now I’ve contacted lega@vinted.fr, and my mediator, I’ve filed a dispute appeal and also submitted a support ticket. So I’ve basically done everything 
Now I’m going to launch the DPO and then, depending on the responses, I’ll make recommendations to the FR and LT headquarters.

I have the impression there was a ban wave today. The AI must have overheated with the heatwave and lost its mind xD
I want to upgrade to Pro, but a transaction that has been pending for 6 months is blocking the system. I’ve sent plenty of messages, and I always get the same AI response. What’s amusing is that on the website, the messages say they will check, and via email that my account will be permanently blocked WITHOUT obviously giving any reason… The website is great BUT the customer service is pathetic. I’ve involved a mediator, we’ll see, but it’s really becoming Orwellian.
