Hello everyone,

Like many of you, I’ve been blocked several times on Vinted (often for suspected counterfeits on items that were actually authentic). While looking for solutions, I came across a really comprehensive guide that helped me a lot. I’m sharing it in case it can help others:

What I found most useful in it:

  • how to download your Vinted data to see the exact reports (GDPR right, few people know about this)

  • how to contact support effectively (+ emails and addresses)

  • recourse to Vinted’s DPO and the CNIL

  • your rights with the DSA (Vinted must justify its decisions, articles 17/20/21)

  • Signal Conso, the mediator, etc.

  • how to recover your money blocked in the wallet

  • and how to avoid getting blocked

If you have any other tips that worked for you, I’m interested, as many of us are in the same situation.

I was also blocked, after 8 days without a response from them I filed a complaint on SignalConso and they woke up :rofl::rofl: and you too?
