I found the email address of one of Vinted’s directors in Lithuania, whom I contacted and who replied to me. I don’t know if it’s thanks to him that this miracle happened.
I also used Chat GPT to prove the authenticity of my items, which detailed to me from A to Z why my items were indeed authentic. I sent the screenshots to Vinted. I don’t know if it’s thanks to that.
