Hello everyone, I need your advice regarding a problem with Vinted.
My account was blocked on 13/10 after an issue related to the authenticity of a The North Face jacket. Vinted considers the item to be counterfeit, even though it is authentic, and I am certain of what I am selling (serial number, label, logo, zipper).
I appealed and submitted the supporting documents I have to prove the jacket’s authenticity. The problem is that after telling me the item needed to be analyzed, the support team replied barely a minute after I sent my proof to say they would not reconsider their decision.
I tried to contest again and ask for explanations, but I’m going in circles with support.
Has anyone among you experienced a similar situation, with an account blocked for suspected counterfeiting when the item was authentic?
I would especially like to know if you managed to get your account back, what process actually worked, and if there is a way to get a real review of the case.
