Hello everyone,
I am contacting you regarding the blocking of my Vinted Pro account due to suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, as highlighted in my second screenshot.
To give you some information to help me best, I have never been blocked before, nor have I ever been banned (not even during the ban wave of recent months).
I have a pro account, I have been using Clemz for almost two years now, and furthermore, I have never received any negative reviews on my account, nor a rating lower than 5 stars.
I only have one single account, and I have always used Clemz gently, without abuse.
Regarding the blocking itself, I need your help to know the procedure to follow, the content of the messages to send, and to whom.
I have a wardrobe consisting solely of sneakers and very rarely streetwear items, like Levi’s x Jordan collab jackets, caps.
As you will see in the third screenshot, 5 days ago I already received this very first message, after I manually modified the description of my ad, slightly lowered the price, and changed the order of the photos.
The pair, an Adidas Spezial, was already online long before, and after making these few modifications, I received this first message.
I obviously contested by sending other photos as well as the purchase invoice (pair bought on Zalando), explaining my activity, indicating the origin of the pair and the attention I paid to checking each pair I put online, and that I was also perfectly willing to carry out an authentication, a LegitCheck via legitApp for example, at my expense.
To which they did not reply.
Today, Thursday, I have just received this email, which also follows the same modifications (more or less) concerning the ad I made yesterday late afternoon - modifications also made manually.
This is also a pair of Adidas, a Gazelle this time, which I had bought on JD Sports.
Could you please be kind enough to give me the exact procedure and the content of the emails to send.
Can you also tell me how much time I have to file this appeal (I received the email 2 hours ago now) because given that the previous email I sent to contest the decision made 5 days ago received no response, I prefer to wait for your feedback in order to send the most relevant appeal possible.
Looking forward to your messages, and thanking you in advance.
Sébastien
